- Handcrafted timber knives made from some of New Zealand's most beautiful native timbers
- Great for soft cheese, hummus, dips, jams and anything softish that needs cutting or spreading.
- Timbers available vary but usually include Rimu, Matai, Rewarewa, NZ Beech, Swamp Kauri, Totara, Kahikatea, Pohutukawa and Kauri.
- Each knife is approximately 16cm in length and has been treated with food safe Manuka beeswax.
- Paua decoration is an option at a slightly higher cost - just ask
